A – General Promotion Terms
This promotion is valid from 26th of December 2017 and ends on the 31st of January 2018 (the “Term”)
This promotion is only valid for customers at Carrefour Hypermarket stores and Online store across the UAE (the “Stores”)
This promotion is not available to any customers who are considered as wholesalers (Defined as 4 pieces or more of the same item).
This promotion is not available to any employees of Majid Al Futtaim Group and its subsidiaries
Majid Al Futtaim Hypermarkets L.L.C. shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage from our refusal to allow you to take part in the promotion or our withdrawal of the promotion or any failure or inability by you to use the promotion for any reason.
These terms and any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.

B – Promotion deal – Scratch and Win!
This promotion is only applicable to customers who purchase a total amount of Two Hundred United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED200) or more on electronics, during one visit at the Store.
Customers will receive a “Scratch and Win” coupon for every Two Hundred United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED 200) spent on electronics purchases.
During the Term, the prizes will be 5,366 pieces (22 Karat) gold Coins. 5,325 Coins (3g each) & 41 coins (25g each).
The customer may collect their “Scratch and Win” coupons from the same store Customer Service desk after purchase. Original Receipt is required to be submitted as a proof of purchase.
Webstore customers may collect their Scratch & WIN coupons (only AFTER the purchased items are delivered) from any Hypermarket in the UAE. Print the order confirmation and also take the original stamped delivery note to collect the “Scratch & Win” coupons.
The customer/Webstore customer must hand over the winning coupon at the same store Customer Service desk to collect the prize.
Huawei brand is excluded from “Scratch& Win” promotion.
The customer / Webstore customer must provide the original valid United Arab “Emirates ID” (or original Passport for tourists) along with original proof of payment documents as described above and sign a receipt form in order to receive the prize.
The customer may be requested, upon their written consent, to participate in “winners” photo shoot for the digital and printed winners’ announcement
The “Scratch and Win” promotion expires on January 31st 2018. Customers with Winning coupons must claim their prize by February 8th at the latest. No prizes may be claimed after February 8th 2018.
For Webstore Customers only: coupons may be collected and prizes may be claimed until February 15th only at the specific below stores:
Deira City Centre, RAK 1, FUJ 2, AL SAQR, JIMMY MALL.
